ARIIA x MDPP Ideas Incubator Program applications are lodged through ARIIA’s online grants portal, ‘SmartyGrants’.
Applicant Instructions
Please read and complete this application form with reference to the accompanying application guidelines for full details relating to the ARIIA x MDPP Ideas Incubator Program. The Program Agreement provides the terms and conditions associated with participating in the Program, if successful, a template is provided on the last page of this application form.
By completing and submitting this application form you consent to the collection, processing and disclosure of the personal information submitted in accordance with the Flinders University Privacy Policy.
The application portal will remain open until available project allocation is exhausted or 5PM ACST Friday 31 May 2024, whichever occurs first. Please submit your application as soon as it is complete and ready to be assessed. Applications are to be lodged to Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) via the SmartyGrants online grants portal.

Navigating Through the Application Form
On every screen (page of the form) you will find a Form Navigation contents box; this links directly to every page of the application. Click the link to jump directly to the page you want.
You can also click 'next page' or 'previous page' on the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward through the application.

Please Save As You Go
If you wish to leave a partially completed application, press 'save and close' and log out. When you log back in and click on the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen, you will find a list of any applications you have started or submitted. You can reopen your draft application and start where you left off.
You can also download any application, whether draft or completed, as a PDF. Click on the 'Download PDF' button located at the bottom of the last page of the application form.
Submitting your Application
Please note, you will be unable to submit your application until you have completed all the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk).
If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email, then you should presume that your submission has NOT been received. Hint: check the email hasn’t landed in your spam or junk email folder.

ARIIA, at its discretion, may seek additional information, or allow applicants to remedy minor errors, but will not accept responsibility for any misunderstanding arising from the failure by an applicant to comply with the requirements set out in these guidelines, or arising from any ambiguity, discrepancy, inconsistency, error, or omission contained in the Application or these guidelines.
